Profometer 6 – Corrosion

Instrument for non-destructive assessment of corrosion risk of reinforcement in concrete, based on the measurement of corrosion potential using the half-cell method.
Used for identifying areas with higher probability of corrosion and for supporting maintenance decisions of reinforced concrete structures.
Use at HAIRI Lab: degradation analysis, structural diagnostics and integration with advanced inspection procedures.
ATENA Software
Advanced software for nonlinear finite element analysis of reinforced and prestressed concrete structures, based on constitutive models for cracking, crushing and collapse of concrete.
Use at HAIRI Lab: simulation of failure behavior of structural elements, degradation analysis and support for validation of AI models on structurally critical cases.

LiDAR Drone with Integrated RGB Camera

Enterprise-class remotely piloted aircraft system equipped with LiDAR payload and integrated RGB camera, including laser sensor for direct distance acquisition, GNSS/IMU unit for data georeferencing and optical camera for simultaneous acquisition of georeferenced photographic images. The system is designed for generating high-density and precision three-dimensional point clouds, as well as visual documentation of structural surfaces, with particular reference to decks, intrados, piers and bridge abutments.
The supply will include a software platform for initial data processing.
Use at HAIRI Lab: high-precision 3D mapping of bridge structures, integration of point clouds with AI-based damage detection algorithms, generation of reference models for structural assessment and support to advanced inspection workflows combining photogrammetry and computer vision.
